I’m a 20-something nap enthusiast living an intentional life in Salt Lake City.
Not too long ago, I found myself sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. My apartment was a mess. I had a closet full of cheap clothes but nothing to wear. I was broke. I wasn't taking care of myself (like eating a whole bag of licorice in one sitting and then hating myself and my body).
But most of all, I was just letting life pass me by. I wasn't being intentional about the stuff I brought into my life, home, and mind. So I started looking for a solution to the hot mess I called my life and I found minimalism.
The minimalist mindset intrigued me so I started getting rid of shit. I quickly became obsessed with the results of a simplified life. I had been drowning in all of my things, responsibilities, and the pressures I was putting on myself. It felt freeing to let things go.
As my minimalist journey continued, I discovered the term "intentional living" and loved the idea of creating and living a life that made me do a happy dance in my kitchen (disclaimer: I do actually dance in my kitchen).
I started this blog in order to share my experience with intentional living and help others live their lives on purpose and fall in love with the results.
Note: I'm not claiming to be an all-knowing expert on intentional living. And I'm most definitely not an expert on your life (you do you!) I'm here to offer my experiences and connect with you on this journey towards a happy life.
